What is the profit margin for Frundraising Groups?
The profit margin for Presale and Direct Sale campaigns is 28% on 400g bags and 22% on 5lb bags. The profit margin for Online campaigns averages around 11% for both the 400g and 5lb bags.
What is the sale price range for coffee?
With our Presale and Direct Sale campaigns, all varietals are $18 per 400g bag and $90 per 5lb bag.
For our Online campaigns, coffee varietal pricing can be found at our online store and ranges from $17.50 to $19.99 per 400g bag and $85 to $99.95 per 5lb bag. Our online store can be found at www.hellshalfacre.ca.
What is the timeline for a fundraiser?
This is up to you and depends on the type of campaign.
If you select a Presale campaign, we suggest running your fundraiser for 2 to 4 weeks.
If you select a Direct Sale campaign, we suggest ordering your full order at least 3 weeks prior to your selling event. That way you are sure to geteverything on time.
As for the Online campaign, it is best to promoting your campaign in your community and on social media continuously for the duration of the campaign, which we suggest you run for 2-3 weeks.
